Shipping policy

Processing.
Orders ship Monday through Friday, within 24-48 hours of confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day. Occasionally a piece may have a later dispatch date. Where this applies, it will be noted on the product page. You will receive tracking details by email once your order is dispatched. 

Methods and timing.
Standard ground: 2 to 4 business days.
Express: calculated at checkout at live UPS rates.
All orders ship via UPS from within the United States.

Complimentary shipping.
Standard shipping is complimentary on orders of $1,750 or more.

Delivery.
All orders require a signature on delivery. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout; we are unable to redirect parcels once dispatched.
