Refund policy

All sales are final.
Every piece in The Archival Collection is unique: sourced, authenticated, and offered as a single object with its own history. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order is placed. We ask that you buy with intention.

Authenticity, guaranteed.
Every piece is authenticated before it is listed. If a piece is ever found not to be authentic, we will make it right, including a complete refund. This is the one assurance we will always honor.

Condition, described honestly.
We photograph and describe each piece as it truly is. If you have any questions about condition, measurements, or provenance, please ask us before you purchase.

If something arrives damaged.
In the rare event a piece is damaged in transit, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at team@thearchivalcollection.com with photographs of the piece and its packaging. We will work with you to resolve it.

Cancellations.
Orders may be cancelled from your account within 15 minutes of purchase. After that, please contact us at team@thearchivalcollection.com; we can cancel an order until it has been dispatched. As most orders ship within 24 hours, we recommend reaching out as soon as possible. Cancelled orders are refunded to the original method of payment, less non-refundable payment processing fees. Once a piece has shipped, the sale is final.

Refunds.
Where a refund is issued, it will be returned to the original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days of approval.
