Chanel No.5 Camellia Shoulder Bag
Available for Preorder
reserved exclusively for you, ships within ~2 weeks
how preorder works
The pieces available now are real, authenticated, and already in hand — the rest of Drop 1 is still on its way. What isn't finished yet is everything around these pieces: the packaging, the wax-sealed details, the cards that come with each one. Rather than sit on what we have until every box is folded, we're opening these pieces for preorder now.
Here's what that means:
Your piece is reserved the moment you order. Each piece is one of one. When you preorder, its taken off the table and held exclusively for you — no one else can claim it.
You're charged in full at checkout. Thats what secures the reservation and marks the piece as yours.
It ships once the finishing touches are ready — we estimate within about two to three weeks, around the time Drop 1 goes fully live. We'll keep you updated by email every step of the way. We'd rather tell you honestly that we're still finalizing the details than rush something that's meant to feel considered.
As always: every piece is authenticated before it ships, and all sales are final.
Details
A study in monochrome devotion. This black shoulder bag gathers the entire Chanel lexicon onto a single surface — the interlocking CC, the camellia, the No.5 — rendered in tonal black across patent, calf, and velvet so the icons read as texture before they read as symbols. The result is quietly maximalist: everything Chanel, nothing loud.
The body is worked in the house's signature square "chocolate bar" quilting in supple lambskin, finished with a woven silver chain-and-leather strap that lets it fall as a shoulder bag or shorten into a top-handle. Inside, the black CHANEL monogram jacquard lining and engraved leather plaque confirm what the front already announces.
From the 2005–06 collection, a moment when the house turned its own emblems into ornament, this piece is both a wearable archive and a conversation. A bag for someone who knows the codes well enough to wear all of them at once.

Authenticity Guarantee
Authenticity is the foundation everything else rests on, and we treat it that way.
A note on cards: many of our pieces arrive with their original authenticity card, and we're always glad when they do. But a card is not proof. Cards can be reproduced, mismatched, or separated rated from the piece they were meant to accompany — so we never let one stand in for verification. It's a nice provenance detail, not a guarantee.
That's why we take the extra step, every time. Every piece is independently authenticated through Entrupy or Legit App — third-party authentication technology that uses AI and high-resolution imaging to compare a piece against a vast database of genuine and counterfeit examples. The result is an objective, documented decision, not one person's opinion.
Only once a piece passes does it earn its place in the collection — and its seal.
And we stand behind it. If a piece sold by The Archival Collection is ever found not to be authentic, we will make it right with a full refund. That assurance never expires.
Returns & final sale
Every piece in The Archival Collection is unique — sourced, authenticated, and offered as a single object with its own history. For this reason, all sales are final. We don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed.
We ask that you buy with intention. Before you do, we want you to feel certain.
Authenticity, guaranteed.
Every piece is authenticated before it's listed. We stand behind that fully: if a piece is ever found not to be authentic, we will make it right, including a complete refund. This is the one assurance we will always honor.
Condition, described honestly.
We photograph and describe each piece as it truly is. What you see is what arrives. If you have any questions about condition, measurements, or provenance, ask us before you purchase. We'd rather answer ten questions than have a piece go to the wrong home.
If something arrives damaged.
In the rare event a piece is damaged in transit, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we'll work with you to resolve it.
